Human Resources Policy
« Our shared commitments to succeed together »
- We undertake not to exercise any discrimination of any kind for whatever reason in working relations, and in particular to recruit men and women according to their skills and to treat each and every one with dignity, in a non-discriminatory way and with respect for human and cultural diversity.
- We undertake to give every employee the opportunity to improve and develop his or her skills to allow them to develop their full potential in their work and long-term employment prospects..
- We undertake to provide impartial career management involving support for professional projects with responsibility shared between the company and the employee. We encourage internal mobility and a system of mentors for the transfer of knowledge and skills.
- We undertake to operate a global payment system recognising individual performance and highlighting success and individual or collective involvement. This policy is focused on 3 values:
- Transparency thanks to a clearly defined system based on a salary grid and specified rules for distribution between the various salary components (Fixed, Profit-sharing, Benefits, etc.)
- Internal equity thanks to assessment and classification of jobs, and external equity thanks to up to date market research
- Differentiation thanks to the assessment of the level of contribution of each individual through formal annual performance appraisals and an evaluation of involvement.
- We undertake to stimulate healthy social dialogue with all our employees and their representatives based on a scoreboard allowing clear, objective exchanges of data which can be compared over time.
We wish to ensure human resources match the company’s developing requirements whilst at the same time improving our employees’ satisfaction in order to constantly better satisfy our customers.
