The SLAT quality approach

SLAT has been working for several years now on the different parameters affecting its activities:

  • A very competitive market in the power supply sector,
  • Growth, productivity improvement and cost cutting requirements,
  • An offer of new products to meet these requirements and the needs of the markets.

In order to control this development in a sustainable way, the quality approach provides the organisational tool we need to enable us to share and structure ourselves around a formal corporate project through a 3 / 5 year-vision of SLAT which is deliberately orientated towards customer satisfaction, in 3 strong commitments to better satisfy our customers: :

  • The quality commitment: 3-year warranty
  • The service commitment: meeting the agreed deadlines
  • The environmental commitment: reduction of the environmental impact of our products

This vision and these commitments are translated through the SLAT policy and targets, the description of its processes and the method used to mange the quality management system.

SLAT has been ISO 9001 certified since 1996, in its 2008 version since November 2008 and ISO 14001 certified since January 2008.
