• How do if my package is damaged upon receipt?
VISIBLE DAMAGE
– Do not sign any release to the delivering carrier before checking the condition of goods.
– WRITE AND SIGN OF CLEAR AND PRECISE RESERVES describing the nature and extent of damage on the transport document or delivery receipt.

damaged or torn cardboard cover bent or broken circuit board
– CONFIRM THOSE RESERVES BY REGISTERED MAIL WITH ACKNOWLEDGMENT, NOT LATER THAN 24 HOURS of receipt, THE CARRIER WHO HAS MADE DELIVERY.
NO VISIBLE DAMAGE
– Caring for KEEP COPIES of any documents of goods delivery.
-CONTACT IN 3 DAYS (for carriage in France) and
WITHIN 7 DAYS after delivery (Intemational regime) a letter with ACKNOWLEDGMENT TO CARRIER WHO HAS MADE DELIVERY.
