Product return authorization is issued by SLAT.
RMA number is assigned for each product to be returned. Each RMA number is valid for 30 days. The RMA number must be specified on the transport document and the returned package.
A copy of this form must be included in the package with the goods.
No return of equipment will be accepted without prior grant of an RMA number.
Any defective product returned in need of repair, a diagnosis is made and an estimate will be sent.
Repairs will be made after receipt of the accepted estimate with a repair order.
If you decline the quote, thank you for the returned as refused and specify whether to destroy or return the equipment in the state (in this case, a fee of 100 € will be charged for processing costs).
